Project Continuum Managers are primarily responsible for day to day project execution and apply project management and functional expertise in the management of major project components, entire projects, or multiple projects. They strategically align themselves with an organization's business objectives and technology methodologies in delivering the following projects:
- business transformation/re-engineering
- business process automation initiatives
- vendor package selection process
- RFP development
- functional gap analysis
- technology analysis and market analysis
Managers will act as a program or project manager and will typically perform the following tasks:
- coordinate delivery of multiple projects
- manage teams to complete client projects in accordance with established budget, work plans, and quality standards
- create and report program/project status using a dashboard
- manage project budget, develop detailed projects plans
- identify and mitigate risks associated with the project
- provide technical and/or functional expertise
Managers will typically have:
- demonstrated project management and leadership roles in of technology, operations, integration, or process improvement initiatives
- 7-15 years related consulting experience from top tier firms showing progression/promotion
- exceptional business process and operations expertise within targeted industries and consulting service lines
- ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment
- outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- An MBA or other advanced degrees
